Positive: The whole entire place is so cosy, personal and welcoming. Owners are so lovely. This is our second time returning. The personal options of private pool swim for your family is a real bonus but the place is so quiet it's not likely to be packed at any time. The animals , the view the grounds exceptional. We stayed in tansy cottage this time which was the bigger 2 bed cottage ( snowdrop last time was still spacious enough for a family of 3 of us) We enjoyed the fire, kitchen is so well equipped with everything you need and it is all so well maintained and exceptionally clean We will return again in future, we would love to do a week at some point. My only advice- pack all your food , shopping as once you there - it's so relaxing you will not want to go out - so arrive prepared, however they do have a shop on site with home cooked meals to purchase in the freezer. They also state you can have food deliveries from morrisons but we did not do this. I just pre planned everything we could need for a weekend of relaxing. I cannot rave about clydy cottages enough -its such a gem !
