Positive: It is very clean. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was ready at 5:30 am with a fresh pot of coffee!! The details were really appreciated, for example, oat and soy milk options.

Negative: Nothing. I was blown away by the cleanliness and service for this price.

Positive: This is the second time I have stayed here. It is located fairly close to the Alaska Marine Highway Ferry Terminal so it convenient. Ample parking, enough for several large U-haul trucks and parking spaces are big enough you can access your vehicle easily. Super friendly staff and the breakfast is good.

Negative: Really nothing to complain about.

Positive: The heater worked great, the TV was simple to use, the in-room frig was a bonus.

Negative: Though I do understand financially I have a complaint about not have a microwave available in every room. And I hope there is a plan to move the ice machine out of the inclement weather and closer to the Inn's rooms

Positive: Our room was spotlessly clean, there are great facilities on site and the staff couldn’t have been nicer, even offered us breakfast after it had already finished! Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bellingham!
