Summary: Fairly clean, provided requests. Mattress needs changing. Individual pumps for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel not user friendly especially for the elderly.

Summary: Chose this hotel coming into the Lower Mainland from the interior: far exceeded expectations. Arriving early, Christiane at the desk noted our Gold Status & arranged an upgrade to a room ready at 1 pm (so appreciated as we were road weary!) The 4th floor room was quiet, very spacious, with an excellent king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Starbucks coffee pods. Great bedding, upscale toiletries, wine glasses, proper coffee mugs, tumblers, ice bucket - little things make a diff. Breakfast was continental but with good variety: nice way to get an early start. Parking lot has multiple cameras for peace of mind. Location just two blocks from the highway and near many restaurants, a supermarket, etc added to the conveniences. Definitely a great choice & would stay again.

Summary: It was fine. We were at a function and did not spend much time at the hotel but it was comfortable and clean which was all we wanted.

Summary: The place is good and pleanty of parking lot and the room is great also, front desk and staff is good also but the bfast food i expecting is bacon, egg, hashbrown etc. but not bad at all nice food still. Bagels, bread and waffles.. hope they add more breakfast food options

Summary: We booked through hotels.com and as a VIP they offered a $15 dollar food and beverage voucher. When we got there it was not mentioned until I asked. Then they said its a $15 coupon for A&W which is next door. Unfortunately we arrived just after 9:30 when its closed so no voucher for us. We could have use this in the morning because the continental breakfast they offered was subpar. For the price they charged it was not worth it.

Summary: The room was comfortable but there was a hockey team staying at the hotel. I feel that when the staff are aware of groups of young people staying it is preferable to place other guests in a different location or floor if possible.

Summary: Getting into the parking lot was a bit challenging at times with traffic. They shared a parking lot with a restaurant, if the restaurant was busy, then less places to park at hotel.
