This studio is within 4 miles of the beach and offers a private jacuzzi to make a couple's getaway or friend's weekend a relaxing experience. The murphy foldout bed with full-size mattress allows for more mobility in this pelican designed studio. Additional sleep space comes in our twin size futon if need be. (If you're on the taller side, please contact Stephen and we can discuss options). The Pelican Pad is snuggled between Dunedin/Clearwater and St Pete. Our guests often comment on how everything is so close. Nature lovers can visit our many parks, the Botanical Gardens, as well as restaurants, grocery stores and much more.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with an air fryer, portable hot plate, blender, and microwave to whip up a tasty meal. latware, plates and barbecue utensils. Kick back with a complimentary bottle of wine and cocktail/shot glasses. Inside the mini-fridge you will find a starter pack of water, carbonated drinks, and a couple beers to kick things off.
The Pelican Pad if you want to chill, and read our magazines. The washroom is truly my favorite. You enter, through the barn door. The vanity is a mid century modern piece we picked up. Down the wall, like a waterfall of penny tile, flows down and across the vanity, down the other side. It continues towards and behind the toilet. Super cool. The shower with square blocks of natural stone, and a shower head with a hand held, that is soft conditioned water. Out side, just outside the entry door, is your private jacuzzi. On the Patio, you find a teak table to eat you fantastic meals. you have your personal propane grill if you want to barbeque. Last, but not least, is our guest customer service. If you need something, I always will try to make myself available. You will usually get a lightning fast response!

Summary: The place was super cute. We loved the hottub with the rainbow lights outside. The bed could have been a little better. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We were helping a buddy move to the area, and it was a nice little place to relax

Summary: Perfect location to everything around, Indian Shores, St Pete, Clearwater, Tampa. In a nice quiet neighborhood. The Pelican Pad was perfect for 2 people who venture out all day and come home to a nice hot tub and comfy bed! It has everything you need. We loved the outside space and the privacy it offered; nice to sit outside with your morning coffee or a happy hour drink. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: I have a couple of recommendations- the common wall between Octopus and pelican is see through. Recommend making it more private for both sides. Bed is for a small person only. If my boyfriend would of come with me he would have to sleep on the floor. He is over 6’ Plus u can hear the conversations of people in octopus. otherwise I loved the jacuzzi and the shower. Thanks!

Summary: This lovely, well appointed studio apartment is in a very nice neighborhood. It is actually one of the neighborhood residences converted into three separate various sized vacation units. I came to Florida to literally say “GoodBye” to my Mom who is in hospice. It was an emotional visit and the lovely private patio and hot tub were the perfect escape at the end of each day for me.

Summary: Nothing was overlooked by this Host. Amazing touches throughout the studio. Very cold fridge & wonderfully warm hot tub. If you are looking to hop on the Pinellas trail for a bike ride or walk, it's literally in the backyard. We will be returning. Thank you Stephen for the Beer, Water & Juice that was in the fridge.

Summary: It was a great stay. Loved the hot tub. The check in process could be a little clearer. The door was just unlocked with lights on when we got there. At first I wondered if someone else was already there but a message from the management assured me everything was fine.
