Summary: We have stayed at many properties through the years on 30 A and found this home to be one of our favorites . We loved the privacy and convenience and location of this beautiful home . The house was pristine and the communication from the host was excellent . We appreciated the golf cart which made everything accessible . Having the lovely pool so close to the home was an added bonus ! We hope to return many times .

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much and the house was perfect! We have stayed in this general area for 20 years as the location is ideal to access Seaside and great dining and it is also centrally located to Destin and PCB. The house is also a short walk to the beach.

Summary: We loved this house!! Close enough to the action of 30a but tucked away in a great neighborhood where it feels a little more private and like an escape. House is LOVELY and perfect for two families to share. Walking distance to beach, but if you have little ones highly recommend renting a golf cart. Beautiful beach and just a delightful stay overall!! We hope to be back very soon!

Summary: House was perfect for our group. We just need a beach either in walking distance for all ages, or at least, more parking. We had to shuttle several times back and forth. And someone usually had to walk to and from to get a vehicle to transport all of the beach gear and older adults. A golf cart would have been perfect!

Summary: Our family throughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home! It had plenty of space for all eleven of us! The location of the pool was perfect for our swimmers who needed extra water time!

Summary: First, let me tell you- pictures don’t do this house justice. It is MUCH larger than I thought. Plenty of shared living space/kitchen space for 3 families to enjoy comfortably. The pool is literally in the backyard and is bigger than most neighborhood pools. Centrally located to Seacrest, Seaside, The Big Chill, and walking distance to Coastside 30A. The beach is a short walk and is not as crowded as most. Owner is very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again, and our group had a great time!

Summary: This is a beautiful property. It’s spacious, well equipped with all your basic home amenities, the beds are very comfortable, and it has 2 nice outside seating areas. My only complaint is the floors were in need of a good cleaning. My feet were sandy on day one before we had even been to the beach and black after walking around on them barefoot. It’s the beach so I know sand is hard to get all the way cleared out, but the dirty feet was gross. Overall, I would definitely recommend & return in the future.
