Summary: I loved the area and the place was clean. The management company was not helpful and no one knew about the parking. They kept telling us the parking space was 4-R, to go out and look for the space. We continued to tell them they were 4 numbers for street parking. After 11 threads of email without help from them, it turns out 4-R is the area and parking in from was good (along with registering my car and license - that Vacasa did).I spent too much time emailing the first day of arrival! Not cool when I was going for peace and get a way from the hectic city life.

Summary: The place is the last in the courtyard. Small but has everything you need. The small space is really used well. Happy they had a fan, can’t sleep without one. Shower water is reversed. I had an issue with parking and was instantly helped. R4 is a section of road with reserved parking. Local bars were nice. Beach was clean. Dog park was great too.

Summary: The location is PERFECT - the beach is across the street AND there is a little beach shack nearby that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The room itself...yikes. It's small, has a mildew-like odor, and could use a deeper cleaning. The air conditioner looked dirty and I would hate to see what the filter looks like. If you prefer location over comfort, then book it. If it weren't for the location, I'd give this room 2 stars.
