Summary: We had a terrific stay in Tiverton at the property. We visited from out of town as a family. The check in process was incredibly easy. The home is large with multiple amenities. The owner was responsive and friendly and checked in to be sure the home was in good order. My family enjoyed visiting and feeding the alpacas, goats and horses. There's a delicious new bakery nearby, many great ice cream options, and the home is a short distance to Newport.

Summary: Overall great experience. The property inside is clean, well decorated and stocked with supplies. Owner is super responsive, friendly and accommodating. It's on a farm so you have adorable alpacas right in your backyard and also horses, goats, and some farmland to roam. If you have young kids under 4, note that the house is right on the road, and the back deck has an empty pool so constant child supervision is required.. Recommend for couples, families with older kids and pets.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. It was a cozy house with everything you need. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved visiting the animals as well. Tiverton is a super cute town and it’s a short drive to other popular destinations.

Summary: My partner and I stayed here with our two girls and LOVED it! The house is clean, newly renovated, and expansive. The animals are available for friendly visits and feeding throughout the day! The staff who work on the farm are super friendly! The owner checked in you make sure everything was good! The neighbors are our new friends! Everything worked and was as described! We loved it all and will make this an annual visit!

Summary: We (me, my husband, my almost 3 year old toddler, my 5 month old infant, and our big dog) stayed here for almost 3 weeks as we waited for our rental to be ready for our military move to RI. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. My son loved all the animals on the farm and the horses at the equestrian center!

Summary: We enjoyed this getaway so much! The master bedroom was very large with 2 closets. Beautiful bathroom with jetted soaker tub and separate large shower. The third bedroom does have glass doors so maybe not private enough for an adult but great for a kid. It was awesome to be able to bring our dog and have a fenced yard for her safety and also a ton of space to walk her around the farm. There are several beaches and hiking trails within minutes of the house. You must check out Grays ice cream (only one mile down the road) and Flounders was delicious!! We would definitely stay here again!
