Summary: Great stay overall. Good comminication, easy no-contact check-in, very responsive to issues (property management responded immediately and spent hours resolving cable issues and making sure the living room and primary bedroom TVs were operational). Property as advertised, clean, very walkable location close to 18th Street beach access. Free parking below unit for up to 2 vehicles, but it's a tight squeeze. We parked a minivan and had a tough time avoiding columns while backing out - could not imagine doing it with 2 cars in the spot. Things to keep in mind: No pool. No beach chairs, towels, or toys included. No spices, coffee, pantry staples, etc. included. One puzzle, no board games. Very small cleaning starter pack only and minimal bath towels considering the property sleeps 6. Overall, great property management company (Tybee Island Rentals) and nice property. We had a relaxing time and would definitely stay at this unit again.

Summary: Property was exactly as shown and reasonably priced for the area. We contacted Tybee Rental ahead of time to alert them to our late arrival and had no problem getting our check in pkg when we got in. This condo is located in what we called an "alley" - there is no beach view - but as promised the beach and everything Tybee South is within close walking distance. It was quiet and very comfortable the dates we were there. Condo does not provide "beach" stuff...BYO towels etc...We would definitely recommend and stay in this rental again.

Summary: Property definitely needs updating. I did not sleep at night because of the think walls and floors. I could hear my neighbors in their bathroom, on the toilet. We could hear people’s entire conversations.
