Outside: Large yard with plenty of space, that is fully fenced in for privacy. There is a screened in lanai with a pool that includes a spa tub (THE POOL AND SPA ARE NOT HEATED). The pool has plenty of chairs, and a dining table. There is an outdoor propane grill to enjoy the beautiful Florida outdoors.
Kitchen: Recently renovated modern kitchen with Perla quartz countertops. Full state of the art appliances including a new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates, cups, mugs and anything else you would need. The kitchens opens up to a dining area with a full dining table to accommodate 7 guests.
Living room: Living area has a lovely L-shape couch, side sofa, and an ottoman for additional seating. The 70 in TV has cable and streaming capabilities. The sofa is a twin size sleeper with a memory foam mattress topper.
Bedroom 1 & Bathroom- This is the Primary Bedroom with a king-size bed, dresser, TV, and room-darkening curtains. There is a bathroom with a double sink and separate toilet and shower area. The primary bedroom is in the east wing, while the other bedrooms are on the west side of the house.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress topper, two nightstands, a dresser, closet, and room-darkening curtains.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom has two twin beds and two night stands, a dresser, closet, and room-darkening curtains.
Guest Bath: The guest bathroom is tastefully remodeled with a shower/tub combo and is easily accessible between the two spare bedrooms.
Sunroom: There is a large sectional sofa that creates a perfect hangout space for a family or group of friends. There is a reading nook and two bookshelves with plenty of books, board games, puzzles, and art supplies.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces towards the driveway and camera 2 is in the back of the house facing towards the pool. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion activated and actively record video and sound. In accordance with Florida Law, there are window and door alarms on any direct opening to the pool area.
Departure Checklist:
-When leaving the home for a day trip, and/or prior to check out, please switch off the lights and fans, and unplug the coffee maker. Please turn the A/C to 76 degrees Fahrenheit (A/C must remain on to deter mold growth). Please shut and lock and doors or windows that were opened. Make sure the garage door is closed.
-Please leave the home clean and tidy - please wipe counters, sweep up crumbs, tidy bathroom, etc.
-Please rinse, load, and start the dishwasher prior to departure.
-Please leave the used beds unmade including the sofa sleeper so there is no confusion on what bedding needs to be washed. Stripping the beds would be the most helpful.
-Leave used towels on the bathroom floor or place in the dirty laundry basket in the garage.
-Please discard all uneaten food and clean out the refrigerator and pantry upon departure.
-Bag up all trash and recycling, and bring to the receptacles at the side of the house, outside of the garage. (green & brown is garbage, blue is recycling).
-Check that the grill gas is off.
-Report any damages in a timely manner. The housecleaning team will report any damages and any additional charges will be added after the trip.
