Close to the beautiful Long Beach coast and Aquarium, walking distance to the Convention Center "Home of the Long Beach Grand Prix," and situated in the East Village Arts District in the heart of historic downtown Long Beach our East Village Suite's apartment immediately welcomes all guests with it's refurbished, vintage , modern charm and attractive modern, eco-friendly amenities. The apartment's floor plan, which is perfect for two, but will accommodate up to four people, is quite roomy(750 Sq ft) and bright, yet allows for the bedroom to be more private by the closing of it's contemporary barn doors. Guest's will enjoy our comfortable furnishings, King sz. bed and sleeper sofa , full kitchen & laundry, inviting front and back balconies, private and gated parking, EV Charging stations (1- station fitted w/ "Juice Box x 32 universal charging station device along w/ 3- additional electric charging stations w/ 50 amp, 200v power available in gated parking courtyard) for an additional $10. fee per night, contact free and keyless entry system as well as our other user friendly amenities. Our guests are provided one complementary parking space in our passcode protected private and gated parking area. Your gate and entry passcodes are sent to you through this platform shortly before arrival. We are close to LAX & LB Airport. We are walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, wine and whiskey bars, museums, galleries and nightlife.
Our gated parking courtyard is also able to accommodate one CAMPER VAN/Class B RV with the necessary sewer, water and electric hookups($25.00 fee per stay). This makes East Village Suites the perfect place to stay if you have been traveling in your camper van and need a BREAK! While you rest and relax(do some laundry) in our apartment your RV may be parked in our courtyard getting reddied for it's next journey.
