Summary: This old school property is small not crowded and just a hidden gem directly on the beach. There’s stairs to climb to/from beach but it’s not bad. The condo has been renovated with a few tweaks needing to be tended to but overall a perfect place for a couple. It might be ok for a couple with 1or 2 small children but I would say it’s too small for more than 2 adults. The bathroom is tiny with a small toilet & shower and really all you need when spending most of the time on the beach. The beach chair service is from 9-5 so if you enjoy staying til sunset you’d want to bring your own chairs. The office and maintenance crew are super friendly and Chad goes above and beyond to make sure you’re attended to. We will definitely be back!

It’s the perfect size for a couple and has all we needed for morning coffee , short walks on the beach and watching gorgeous sunsets! It’s close to lots of good eating places and the beach being so close and with private entry is the best!! We’ve had a great time each stay!

It was perfectly themed with all new appliances and fixtures ! On my thing I would change is the coffee pot- to a Keurig - or have both. Our stay was wonderful - no bumper to bumper traffic or wait times to eat! Highly recommend!

[ The tv change and 3 roaches are why I gave 4 stars on 2 questions]
