Positive: Close to Ceiba ferry, beautiful view from balcony, plenty of bath towels and pool towels available. Inside of a gated community and we felt very safe.

Negative: There were MANY messages before checking in and lots of notes around the apartment, but none of them indicated that a key fob was needed for gate entry. There was a code to hit at the gate, but we didn't know we needed the fob after that and were almost not allowed reentry by the gate until showing the full listing. Not many places to charge devices and definitely could have been cleaner.

Summary: Close to ferry, safe, make sure to grab parking fob

Positive: The apartment is impeccably clean, very comfortable, with fully functioning kitchen, washer & dryer, balcony, and free parking. Comfortable bed and good quality linens. The full size pool was amazing. The accommodation is located in the Costa Esmeralda gated community in Ceiba. (A car is a must, to drive everywhere). It is in a close proximity to the El Yunque National Park. Very quick and easy communication with the owner. Our stay was perfect.

Positive: The property was easy access.. and comfortable for the amount of people in my group.

Negative: I didn’t like that we were not comfortable in the property. We felt like we can’t even speak in the hallway going in or out of the property.. stay there only at night ( out all day ) and still got a notification concerning noises. Which I felt very uncomfortable and unfair.

Positive: Excellent place to stay while exploring El Yunque Rainforest and being close to the ferry for hopping over to Vieques. Staff was responsive. Pool was great. There is not a hot tub, but a heated pool. The apartment size was wonderful and the balcony had the best views of the ocean and coastline.

Negative: Just needed a few more dishtowels. Everything else was great!

Negative: We contacted about the internet service but got o response, it’s kinda disappointing as internet wasn’t available, also I have contacted them but didn’t get a response
