Cobblestone Cottage is completely equipped with all the amenities of home that you will require including plush Egyptian cotton towels and bathrobes, high thread count pressed cotton sheets, additional cozy throws for wrapping yourself up on the couch during that movie, Cobblestone Creek signature spa bath products and our own roasted and ground coffee, an assortment of teas and hot chocolate, sugar, salt, pepper, tin foil, stretch wrap, dishwashing soap, hand soaps, household cleaners, paper products including ultra plush toilet paper, kleenex, a fully stocked kitchen including dishes, cups and utensils for 12, bake and serve ware, waffle, coffee machine, grill, popcorn popper, blender, hand mixer, coffee grinder and a kettle all so you can relax and be pampered while enjoying the beauty of nature just outside your back door.
We'll even shop for the grocery's if you like and ensure the fridge is filled upon your arrival!

Activities are as abundant as your imagination. Perhaps you want to try some fishing, only a 5 minute walk down to the Columbia River, while the kids explore the forest behind the cottage. Other activities include exploring over 25 golf courses or 8 ski hills which range between 15 minutes to 2 1/2 hours from our cottage. Cross country ski out our back door or 15 minutes away on the Columbia Valley Cross Country Ski trails. There is also hiking, horseback riding, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating on the local rink, mountain biking, riding your ATV in the backcountry, maybe a dip in one of our local hot springs, a swim in Lake Windermere or browse through the many shops along main street Radium or Invermere. A fun activity many families enjoy is a round of golf at our local 9 hole Par 3 golf course (Edgewater Hilltop) only 10 minutes away. After the golf game, be sure to enjoy a homemade breakfast, lunch or dinner in the clubhouse. And don't forget to ask for a slice of Jeanette's homemade pie from the selections that are available everyday.

Summary: The view was spectacular, as from left to right you could see the mountains. Behind the house was a forest with a few trails. Inside the cabin it seem smaller then the pictures, but it was beautiful and welcoming.

Summary: Overall it was a pretty good trip. I will say that the trailers and neighboring cabins are extremely close to one another and the mosquitos are savage so I suggest bringing lots of deterrents. The speed is 10km in the area but we were yelled at to slow down even more than that by drinking adults in the area

Summary: We have stayed here 3 nights and it’s definitely my one of the favourite place to be in the area. The house is spacious and very clean! Definitely would recommend this. Enough supplies what you need for your family trip. Friendly Suggestion: It would be nice if host prepare for some emergency lights when they have electricity issues. We lost power twice extended period and we survived with our cell phone power.

Summary: Or group of 6 found comfort after long days of exploring the mountains. House was well equipped, and very clean. Linens were great quality. The kids loved the air hockey table. We’d definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise!

Summary: Nicely maintained cottage with a good kitchen that came with some basic supplies such as coffee, cooking oil. Much appreciated! The cottage advertises it can sleep 9 but beware, that includes a pull-out couch in the main floor open concept space which includes the kitchen. The location was disappointing as we hadn't understood from the photo that it's between large trailers in a private community that includes many trailers and cabins. The place is nice but the feeling is cramped.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay during Steamboat Mountain Music festival. Every facet of comfort and convenience were provided in this beautiful space backing up to pines. Would definitely return to Cobblestone Cottage.

Summary: Me and a few friends stayed for a weekend and it was a really good time. We have ties fo Edgewater from old family cabins so it was very nostalgic for us. For those who dont know the area, it is a very quaint small town with a small local store (Pips) with all your needs. Its quiet and a really nice small-town vibe. The home was in excellent condition and had all the amenities we needed. We definitely recommend staying here if this sounds like the environment you like.
