Summary: A great stay! Would definitely stay here again! Very friendly staff, clean, decent location, good selection for breakfast. Only negative thing that happened was on the day we checked out my kids wanted to swim in the morning, but the pool was closed for maintenance.

Summary: All in all everything was just as described. Would definitely stay there again but didn't care for the restaurant. The menu was limited and over priced for what you got. The continental breakfast had a good selection and well stocked at all time but space was limited and became overcrowded at times.

Summary: Room was in need of some maintenance (bathroom door wouldn’t latch, etc) and a bit frustrating that breakfast isn’t restocked much in the last 30 minutes of the 3 hours that it’s “available,” but rooms were still clean and comfortable as always.

Summary: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was enjoyable and a nice start to the day. The location was convenient for getting around and exploring nearby attractions. Overall, the hotel offers great value and a comfortable experience—I would happily stay here again.

Summary: The day we arrived we had issues with the toilet being plugged. We would pee in the toilet and it would get plugged so I contacted the front desk and they brought up a plunger. That plunger did would at first but then I had to use the plunger every time we used the toilet. The 2nd day we were there I couldn’t get the plunger to work so I contacted the front desk and they said they would be right up but it took them about an hour and a half so I took the plunger and plunged the toilet over and over for about 10 minutes and the water finally went down. This was a huge inconvenience and needs to be fixed and snaked.

Summary: Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The room appeared mostly clean at first glance, but several areas needed better attention. The vents were dusty, and the top of the refrigerator was extremely dirty. We had set a cooler on top, and when we took it down, a noticeable amount of dust and dirt came with it. The breakfast was your typical continental setup, but unfortunately, the experience was impacted by the staff. One staff member was particularly unfriendly — my son asked a simple question about the waffle maker and was spoken to harshly, as if he had done something wrong. That interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants, which we appreciated. The surrounding area of the hotel felt a bit run down, though there are a few bars and grills within walking distance. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and customer service in the breakfast area, this could be a much better overall experience.
