Summary: Staff was pleasant, just no room service. Even after asking. Only 1 out 7 days did we have bed straightened. Had to ask to have fresh towels.

Summary: American owned. The staff was fantastic! Vincent went out of his way to help me at check-in and couldn't have been nicer. Jolee was at the front in the morning and she also went beyond the call of duty to meet our needs. Wonderful experience.

Summary: Overall the condition of the building and room were very good. The person checking us in was a little hard to understand, she talked very fast, almost skipping words. We didn't quite understand at first that there is no elevator. Might be an issue for some! The beds were comfortable. The room was very quiet despite being a busy night. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at Fremont and the surrounding area. The only downfall of this hotel is that there is no elevator. If you are planning an extended stay with a lot of luggage, be aware so you can request a room on the ground level.

Summary: Newer facility, good bed, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Great staff person at check in. Close to waterfront and restaurants. Breakfast was just OK.
