Positive: Door code using digits from phone number was great- everyone in the family could remember it! Location was great- short walk/bike ride into the main part of town. Thank you to our generous hosts for the easter treat on arrival. The living area is compact and there is a single lounge that seats 3 people. There were four of us so that meant we didn't actually watch TV in the evenings (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) so we played board games instead on the evenings we were home. A family board game night was a great bonus!

Positive: Loved the visiting of the birds and area was awesome

Negative: The beds were uncomfortable, the mattress on bottom bunk was very thin so you feel the base and the main room bed is on its last legs it rocks when you move around and is too small. The Bbq was really dirty and so was the outdoor furniture. The back area was great for your pet though rocks are hard and no shelter for them and the back door is really hard to open and close because of moisture damage and the mat is too thick (I think) also there is no laundry facilities and the closest laundromat is in next town 29km away.
