This newly remodeled Condo is nestled at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains, in the prestigious Araby section of Palm Springs. This residence enjoys wide open mountain vistas. Officially a condo, our single level home feels more like your own private desert bungalow. Sharing a sparkling pool, majestic palms and citrus trees. The home has an expansive view to the North from the bedroom and spectacular views of the East and West from the living room. The patio provides alluring mountain views throughout the day. If you like to sunbathe, the outer patio and pool area have bountiful sun.
The kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, quartz counter tops and cool-grey subway tile. The island can be used for casual counter dining or serve as a buffet. The bathroom is very ZEN with a beautiful oversize shower. It offers both a rain shower head and handheld. It is very clean and bright with dual sinks and a great separation of shower and toilet area. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area. It is very light and bright and is surrounded by sliding glass doors that lead out to three different patios.
The home has brand new modern style furnishings. We are proud to share a beautiful and varied mix of original art.
Our neighborhood is quiet and calm, yet is just 5 minutes by car to bustling downtown Palm Springs with its vibrant nightlife. We are close to golf, tennis, the Palm Springs Swim Center, and wonderful museum and gardens. Excellent hiking and cycling is just outside the front door. Smoke Tree Village, with grocery, shops and good restaurants is very close by. If so inclined, your morning 'Koffi' run is very close as well. A day exploring Joshua Tree National Park (one hour away) is hard to beat.
We also require a 2500.00 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT in addition to the Property Damage Protection.

Summary: The unit is exactly as you see in the pictures: new, clean and well maintained. What you may not be able to appreciate is the absolutely amazing views you have. One side of the unit faces due East so you can see the sunrise, the other side faces due West, so you can see the sun set behind the mountains. Those mountains you see are almost close enough to touch. The complex is located in the best part of South Palm Springs. Walking distance to trails, supermarkets close by, and a short drive to downtown. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and meticulously maintained, the pool is a wonderful, warm saltwater pool with views all around. If you are looking for a one bedroom MCM unit in South Palm Springs you wont be dissapointed with this one.

Summary: What you see online is what you get - a nicely renovated, modern, clean, spacious and bright unit with lovely views from both front and back patio doors. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for cooking. The unit has a fairly large backyard with grass, a lemon tree, patios, gas BBQ, fire table, and heat lamps. The surrounding atmosphere was peaceful and made us feel safe - we could enjoy our privacy or interact with other condo residents.
