Positive: This is 2th time I book Coco Hotel. This hotel is very nice. We stayed in a Superior which has two stories and has a large bathroom on each floor and quite room city view.

Negative: Early check in was requested but was not provided.. For one hour late check out, we were charged. Towels were torn out from many places. Replaced towels were worn out too.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. The second room they gave us was good because it had large windows. Kind staff.

Negative: Yellow sink, black mould, smeared glass, cobwebs; the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in and in desperate need of a refurb. Also about a 15 - 30 minute drive from most things, but this is fine if you are happy to get grabs.

Positive: The room/bathroom layout was good. The bed was very comfy. For us, having to visit family in the area, the hotel was best placed. For others, it might be a bit out of town.
Negative: During our previous stay at the hotel we received worn out tattered towels which I requested them to get rid off as it was of no good. Surprisingly, this time we received a similar set of towels or should I rather say rags. If it happens once, fine, you can play it off as an oversight, but for them holding onto it, makes no sense. Other than that, the linen and towels are clean. But I do think their curtains deserve a good wash. The reception staff should always acknowledge clients as they pass by the desk not good for them not to make eye contact or not to return a greeting.
Summary: For the same price you pay, I don't think you will get better in this area.
