Summary: Luxus hotel in Banjul. Friendly staff with excellent service. (Remember to tip, they deserve it!) Outside the hotel you find the real Gambia. It is wort to use som days to see the markets, krokodille farm, Konta Kinte Island (Roots) mm. A safe place to visit.

Summary: This property was once elegant---but the rooms are very ordinary---more like a 2 star at best. The ambience, pools, setting are great---food is good---service fast and friendly. Internet is horrible. Thinking it is just the country---and if that is the best the country has???

Summary: We liked the quiet tranquility most of the time though occasionally noisy with officials having parties. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. We liked the room with private outside area. We liked the infinity pool. We were surprised that there was a poor selection of fruit available at breakfast but otherwise it was a good spread. We were impressed with our spa experience and felt totally relaxed afterwards. The green taxi drivers’outside were very friendly and reasonable priced too and took us to Sengambia strip for the evenings for around £4 return. Overall a fantastic relaxed holiday.
