Positive: The food here is great. A good sampling of St. Lucian cuisine. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, the rooms are clean, comfortable, private, and quiet. Is a very family friendly facility. Another plus is the location being within walking distance of some great restaurants like KeeBees, city center and an ice cream parlor, Elenas.
Negative: We were a little disappointed because the booking was for 2 double beds and when we arrived were told they had none left and we had to settle for a king bed. But they quickly corrected that in 2 days.
Summary: It was a very enjoyable holiday stay.

Positive: Friendly staff, lovely pool and great breakfast 👍 we went for the Friday party at gros islet. The hotel arranged a taxi and we had a great time. The next day we went up to smugglers cove which was stunning.
Negative: Nothing that the hotel could control… quite noisy at night as you’re close to Rodney bay strip

Positive: Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Very clean facilities. Food and drinks were great!
Negative: Clearer description of the all inclusive meal plan. It was not buffet style as I would have been accustomed to at other hotels I stayed at with an all inclusive plan.

Positive: The Warm hospitality. COCO PALM IS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. The acknowledgement of being a return guest (the welcome home card), the birthday wine & decor in the room. COCO Palm never disappoints!
Negative: There isn't anything to dislike at Coco Palm.

Positive: I like it.It is very small though, and maybe I think it need to have a little entertainment on the resort.
Negative: That had only had one area to eat. It wasn't a change up on the menu in one bar.
