Positive: The owner was lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The location was central and easy to walk into town. She very kindly provided us a packed breakfast for our very early train at 04:30. The room was clean and there was a nice garden with a great view and a couple sweet dogs around.
Negative: Unfortunately there was no electricity during our stay although the owner was trying to fix this. It did mean though that there was no charging, no light, no hot water and no WiFi ( although the WiFi did come on at some point in the evening). The kitchen needed a clean.Overall felt more like a campsite (which we didn't realise it was !) than a hostel.

Positive: Perfect location, close to the plaza but in a quiet environment. The room was very big and clean. The lady running the place is really lovely and there are 2 friendly and nice dogs. We could leave our bags for free while going to Machu Picchu.
Negative: The kitchen is a bit rundown.

Positive: Excellent location close to the plaza and ruins. There is also an exceptional view from the property of the granary ruins and mountain. We really enjoyed our stay here - it was so relaxing with its farm-house vibes.
Negative: It was a bit difficult to find the place. It's right next to Casa Blanca Lodge. There is a sign that says 'camping hostel' and the gate has a large wrought iron sun.
