Summary: The check-in process was exceptionally seamless, swift, and the communication between us was impeccable. The cottage was immaculate throughout, with no trace of dirt or grime. It was the most spotless property I have ever encountered. The parking lot was also immaculate and conveniently located near the entrance. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. The decor was charming and inviting. The mattress was comfortable , and the shower was very clean and relaxing shower head. The check in was very easy, fast and the communication between us was excellent. The cottage was spotless everywhere Never saw a place so cleaned. The parking lot was also clean and very close to the door. Fool kitchen was very nice and clean. The decor was very cute and comfy. Great mattress and a very good shower. My sole disappointment was that I was unable to view the beach or access the sand from the back of the cottage due to the absence of an exit. The cottage offers a street view, but unfortunately, it does not provide an ocean view or partial ocean view. No pool :-(

Summary: If you are looking for a quiet, perfect spot on the beach THIS IS IT. The communal outdoor area was lovely. At night, it was wonderful because there were only blue lights, so as not to disturb the turtle eggs that were being protected. Stars and the sounds of waves - perfection. The room was quaint. I think the bed is a full, not a queen (cottage 3), but still just fine. We didn't use the pull out, but it was good to have just in case. The part of the beach this is in is awesome because there weren't too many people. Also, it was great that they provide chairs, umbrellas and towels! So convenient! Lots of yummy places to eat, so it really was the perfect spot. We will definitely stay here again. We loved being able to have our Chihuahua with us :)

Summary: I absolutely love this place and will definitely book again! It was like having our own two bedroom beach house with a view of ocean from our balcony. It was worth every penny! Nice and quiet. The decor was lovely and beachy too!

Summary: This property has several cottage style rooms and one larger directly on the beach stand alone cottage (#7). We stayed in #6 which was a two bedroom that also had a pull out couch and a private deck. The cottage was clean and superbly decorated letting vacationers know they are on a beach vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and upscale for a beach vacation rental. Another great amenity was the owner provided plenty of beach umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, chairs and coolers. Our family was very impressed. I would stay here again and possibly try and rent unit #7.

Summary: This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. I definitely would go back again.

Summary: The Property was not bad but the communication with the host was impossible, we booked the stay for 2 night and left after one night. We tried to contact the number provided in the folder, inside of the room and no one responded. I called Expedia and they were not able to help me either, if you are hosting at your property, you are expected to answer your phone or respond in any way possible, we were completely ignored, I have all the proof about txt, email and phone call that I made with no response. Very disappointed.

Summary: We enjoyed the location. We had the beach area almost to ourselves and the host provided beach and water equipment for our use. That was a great plus to the property. Cottages were clean and had everything we needed for serving food. Overall it was a great stay.
