Summary: We loved this house. loved the lay out of the house inside and outside. Plenty of space for all of us. The game room was great for everyone in the evening. The outside was amazing. The furniture was comfortable and had plenty for everyone. The pool was beautiful. The only thing that would have been nicer since it was cooler in the evenings would have been to have a heated pool and hot tub. Which, when I booked this house I didn't realize the hot tub was not heated. The shower in the primary bathroom would have been awesome except it was small and the jets faced the door, leaked out and made a pool on the floor so we couldn't use any of the jets, just the rain shower on low and the handheld facing away from the door. However, I am sure the owners will have that corrected. The other nice thing about this house was the location. Not too far from the beach or Orlando area. All in all it was a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend it to others.

Summary: A beautiful, relaxing and clean home away from home. We loved staying in this cozy house! Easy to get to the beach, sight see at Kennedy Space Center, Disney and be close to our daughter 2 minutes away. The backyard was an absolute haven for days and evenings we just wanted to relax and have the kids over. We cannot say enough about this property .

Summary: I rented the property for the game room but most games need repair, only used the billiard table. Pool was Great! Space inside was incredible and space outside was amazing! I would definitely rent again. But hope the games are all fixed.

Summary: Since the property owner couldn't find the time to reply to my direct message I'll just leave this here. Nice house but unfortunately had many issues that should have been fixed or maintained for their guests. At the price they charge, anyone staying there shouldn't be having to deal with this sort of thing. - The jets in the outdoor whirlpool did not work. - The outdoor TV did not work. - The master bedroom ceiling fan did not work. - The master bedroom bathroom did not get hot water in the shower. - The patio door lock is broken and is held shut by a plastic pole. I recommend contacting whoever owns this place to check to see if these things are working before you book your stay.

Summary: Our family of 5 really enjoyed this quiet family home. It's an easy drive to cocoa beach or Orlando but you can return to a nice neighborhood. The home itself had plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and the pool/patio area was our favorite. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: This home in Cocoa, Florida was fantastic. It provided everything we needed for our large family vacation. It's an older neighborhood, pleasant and very quiet. We drove 40 minutes south to Cocoa Beach, lots of seaweed then we drove an hour north to Daytona beach which was perfect! Shopping at walmart and dollar general was close by too. Great experience and we highly recommend!
