Summary: This property was amazing! The staff was so kind, the nicest people we have ever come across. The room was gorgeous, we stayed in M1. My favorite thing about this resort compared to surrounding resorts was the colorful cabins / villas on the property. As we are in the carribbean, color is a staple here and Cocobay is not shy to having some color on the resort! There are plenty of flowers and hibiscus to put but hair! Housekeeping was very kind and prompt, they mopped the floors whenever we had asked for service, leaving such a clean feeling and amazing smell! The food portion sizes are somewhat smaller than what we are used to in America, but we never felt hungry. Be sure to order a starter, soup/salad, main course, and desert and you will be fine! The two main pools had the perfect temperature, and were very relaxing. It’s adult only, so no kids will be around. We booked a room with a pool and used it every day. It was on the colder side, and was a great way to cool off in the heat. We stayed at the end of August and the weather was perfection. We barely had any rain. The beach connected to the property is gorgeous, and if you bring ur own goggles you can snorkel a bit, as there are some smaller fishes. There are people on the beach who rent jet skis for $100+ an hour, which we did and would recommend! It was amazing to see the surrounding area by jet ski! There is also a vendor on the beach where you can buy cool gifts from, for reasonable prices! I would recommend Cocobay!

Summary: Beautiful resort with stunning views and beaches. The Staff were overwhelmingly helpful and kind. Food was delicious and elegant. We will definitely be returning as often as we can!

Summary: The property is gorgeous and the grounds are really well kept. Everybody who works here is so unbelievably nice- definitely the nicest staff of any resort I’ve been to. Our room was quiet and had a beautiful view. The AC is strong in the rooms and the bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and just the right size. The views from different areas of the property are so breathtaking. The property offers kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear free of charge, which was great. The coffee shop on site is cute and has lots of options. There are beach chairs with umbrellas free of charge, as well as cabanas and couches at the pools that you don’t need to rent! Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were amazing, too. This place definitely matches the price and was worth a visit. Everything was really really really amazing except for the food. It did not match the high level of everything else. Everything we had was fine, only some dishes I’d consider “good”, the rest were just okay. The food needs more seasoning- many dishes tasted bland. It’s also important to note that the one restaurant included in the all inclusive package is outside. It would have been nice to eat inside after long hot days in the sun!
