Summary: The place is magnificent! The quality of the food is variable, some days it's good, some days it's average! Beware: breakfast service is very slow! Like the food, the service is variable! Some staff are friendly, others much less so! Reception is almost never occupied, and the staff are not helpful or customer-oriented! For an all-inclusive, some days there was water, some days not! This exasperated me, I went to the mall to buy water packs (which were also in action), I offered them so they could distribute some to the guests! The wifi is very bad and regularly out of order! The fitness room is very small, poorly maintained and not very clean! No one on arrival to welcome and on departure, someone was but didn't ask me how my stay went and didn't thank me! Really inadequate! Cassey was a good collaborator! Too bad, there's everything to do well, but there really is room for improvement!

Summary: The property is a beautiful adults only resort. You definitely have a tropical feel with amazing island hospitality. 2 infinity pools are conveniently located with bars next to both. The beach that is connected to the resort has plenty of chairs and was great for swimming or snorkeling. There was never an issue with getting meal service and overall a very relaxing stay. HIghly recommend and will be our 1st choice when visiting the island again.

Summary: Beautiful resort, and the staff was amazing. Look for Melinda (“Mel”) she is an incredible person and awesome bartender. Had a few issues with some pre-arranged extras and our room, but the team made things right and took care of us. Glad we visited.
