Positive: location is nice and quiet and close to the ocean. Parking is easy. The room is spacious with a nice big fridge.

Negative: our e-sim, airalo, did not cover the area so we could not communicate with the host on arrival, and when the power went out. if the other renters had not been there when we arrived, we would have had to scour the town to find wifi - not that simple. The outside chairs need replacing - some broken rusty edges. Also, kitchen stuff rather scratched and chipped - that not a huge deal for us.

Summary: Overall, lovely quiet spacious place.

Positive: The hosts Martha and Alex were more than helpful in all of my requests, ie bicycle to rent, places to eat, things to do, places to go. The fact that we can correspond in English as my Spanish is very weak.

Positive: Very close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. Good AC. Nice cooking area. Wonderful shower. Quiet and safe.

Negative: Could use a few more cooking utensils and things like oil that most travelers won't buy. It was a bit expensive but not terribly so,

Positive: Cocolitos is wonderful! The beds are super comfortable, I slept very well. I liked the kitchen and the grill in the patio. The pool was my favorite to refresh and rest. Everything was very clean and neat. It was an amazing experience to stay at Cocolitos and walk a few steps to find a spectacular view of the ocean to enjoy and relax. The best staff ever! Super friendly staff, helping at all times, we appreciated their recommendations to find many things to do in Sisal. 😊
