Wow, we have made improvements to an already fabulous place!
New Chef's kitchen, separate from the Lodge Living area with screened in grilling porch - you will have to see it to believe it. Bring your Chef or hire one of several on the Island.
New Beach Access with parking - dedicated pergola on the beach and deck with bathroom, beach toy/chair storage area directly overlooking the beach.
New pool heater to argument the solar pool heating for those few cloudy days.
New furniture and decorating in the Lodge Living area. - it really looks fantastic!
Coconut Ranch offers a Villa, heated POOL, Pergola with a wide variety of loungers and chairs, and two accommodation buildings housing 6 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms.
In the villa you will enjoy a serving area for the dining area and the main living room. The living area features a beautiful stone fireplace at the south end. The villa has French doors along the entire east and west sides, as well as a cathedral ceiling, allowing for the bay breezes to flow through the comfortable living space. The wrap-around porch on the villa is nicely appointed, allowing for a full range of outdoor living, from reading, to sunbathing, to dining al fresco. The villa also contains a powder room and fully equipped laundry room. The Villa and Bedrooms were redecorated in 2016 and a chef's kitchen was added along with a screened porch. The pool has had a heater added to augment the solar panels that were installed when it was installed in 2105.
Adjacent to the villa, a separate Cottage houses four spacious bedrooms. Two King bedrooms, a room with two queen beds and a bedroom with two twin beds each having separate entrances off the front porch, as well as their own bathrooms, maximizes your privacy and comfort during your tropical getaway. The rooms on each end have a lockable connecting door to the adjacent room.
The Master Cottage houses two king suites, each with their own entrance and bathroom. Each room has its own outdoor shower allowing for rinsing off after the beach or showering under the stars in complete privacy.
Coconut Ranch is an ideal vacation home for large families or groups of friends. Come and enjoy all the tropical wonders of Harbour Island from our beautiful Bahamian home.
Take a short ride into Dunmore Town for shopping at the Blue Rooster, the Prince Street Gallery or one of the many local shops. Walk down the powder-fine pink sand beach to enjoy the cool breezes of the ocean. You can also stop in at the Dunmore or walk on down to Runaway Hill for lunch.
Wade the flats for bone fish, or fish off the dock. Hire one of the several great bonefish guides or get a deep-sea experience less than a mile off the Pink Sand Beach. There is reef snorkeling right off the beach, or for more water sports arrange for a Harbour tour or rent a boat from Duke and do your own.
No matter how you spend your days in paradise, you will enjoy returning to the peaceful seclusion and luxuries of Coconut Ranch.

Summary: This property is absolutely fantastic. Clean, well-run, well-organized, breathtakingly beautiful, convenient and perfectly designed and appointed. I highly recommend renting a Polaris because the road can get a bit too bumpy for golf carts.

Summary: Beautiful Setting. Love the layout of the property and how each guest staying has their own privacy. Fantastic Kitchen , beautiful beach. Very well maintained. Landscaping was very well manicured. We had a wonderful time and Alicia was always there if we needed anything. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. Looking forward to my return.

Summary: Beautiful house and property (we have been visiting Coconut Ranch for 10 years) that is even more special in person than it looks in photographs, lovely house manager and team and the house owners, Mark and Diane, are generous and always looking to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. Summary: This was our 4th New Year's at Coconut Ranch and we can't wait for the 5th!!! This property is stunning, the staff are wonderful and the owners are polite, accommodating and are constantly making little improvements, just when you think the place is perfect you return to find they've made it even better. We have rented homes throughout the Caribbean and nothing compares to Cocnut Ranch, it is perfect!!!

Summary: We absolutely loved every minute at Coconut Ranch. The home and grounds are meticulously maintained and even better than the photos. The Harbour side was perfect for kayaking, snorkeling and swimming. The beach side provided endless sand castles and even some boogie boarding. The chef we used, Vernon Neely, provided amazing dinners of both local and international flavors. Trevor and Vernon were able to please us all from age 50 down to 6! The location was good, a bumpy ride into town, but somehow added to the adventure for our kiddos. A special thank you to Alicia, who arranged rides, housekeeping and anything else we could dream of. Summary: We had three families that stayed at the Coconut Ranch and the Coconut Beach across the street. The facilities and amenities were amazing and the service was top notch. The layout of the buildings on the site was prefect for multiple families with children and none of us felt cramped for space. The additional Chef's kitchen was also a great amenity for having folks in to cook at the house. Can't wait to go back!!

Summary: Perfect beach, perfect bay, perfect home. We truly enjoyed an awesome two family vacation. While Harbor Island provides an ideal setting, Coconut Ranch provides a home away from home with everything you could need conveniently located near you. Coconut Ranch is the perfect place for an island get-away with plenty of privacy, but, close enough to town to enjoy the food and drinks of Dunmore Town.
