Summary: Amazing customer service from Claudette went out of her way to help us with every question we had. Credit to the hotel. In the restaurant the service was first class with Thérèse who was very welcoming.

Summary: The stay was enjoyable and the service good. The food was good and the personnel was friendly and helpful. However management has to sort out the waste water problem as soon as possible. Attention should be more on Rodrigues typical cuisine and products This is an asset which is being overlooked by Management

Summary: Firstly, there was a mix up in the reservation, and supposedly I was booked in their system at the off island, isolated property that bears same name and is part of the hotel "chain". Literally it took 1 1/2 hours to sort this out, while all I could do is leave my stuff and wander around. The shop across the street is good for stocking up on snacks and drinks...but there is not much else around, which is why I gave location/surroundings a 2. The gift shop has some nice hand made bags, and the waiters at the restaurant are very attentive, and once they know you, can get certain things you like, for example chili sauce that is not on the breakfast 'spread'
