Positive: I read in advance to learn that the pool was not in season for being open, but upon my arrival they said the rooftop bar/lounge was also not in season.

Negative: That I couldn't visit the rooftop bar and it's hours were seasonal.

Summary: I appreciated the text service and being provided what I needed without having to be there.

Negative: rooftop bar was not open as advertised. towel smelled a bit like wet dog. have to carry luggage up entrance stairs with no assistance. no special amenities or anything to justify the price. Just ok.

Positive: Bed was comfortable and generous in size. Shower toiletries were nice. room was a decent size and simple but fine. Location was great

Negative: There was no outside space which was a real shame given it was Spring. The room was quite plain but fine.

Positive: Lovely staff, good location, interesting vibe. Great Chinese restaurant and bar on site.

Negative: Rooms were somewhat tired, although they were clean with bedding and towels regularly changed. The photos and marketing copy on the website do not really reflect the hotel as it is at the moment. Wardrobe didn't give enough space to hang up dresses and suits. Some things (eg phone and bathroom fan) didn't work.

Summary: Great stay, lovely staff, cool neighbourhood but room and facilities were a bit disappointing.
