Positive: Lovely hotel and really accomodating staff. Fantastic walkable location with easy access to the subway. We arrived very early in the morning and were able to check in straight away which we didn’t expect but was very appreciated. Really helpful with anything we needed and very affordable for NYC. Good gym and loved the free coffee each morning.

Positive: Location was great and walkable distance to a lot of fun restaurants and things to do. The rooms were spacious and clean with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. I also appreciated the free water left in the room for us.
Negative: There was quite a bit of noise outside of the room, one was because someone pulled the fire alarm accidentally but there was also cleaning happening very late at night like at 1:00 in the morning which was noisy. I was also a little disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed while we were there.
