Positive: Although the accommodation was not in Holmfirth village the location was excellent with good service from a local taxi company. The rooms were spacious & clean & the breakfast was spot on.

Positive: Very clean, bed very comfortable. The shower large with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was excellent and the lady who served us ( the owner I assume) was very pleasant.
Negative: TV was extremely small. No drawers in bedroom to put clothes. There was a rail in an open cupboard, but was so high, I couldn’t reach it. Nothing to do in bad weather. The log fire looked inviting but sadly was not lit despite dreadful weather.
Summary: No frills functional stay. I can imagine that it would be stunning in the summer as the property is in a great position.

Positive: Fantastic room spacious and immaculately clean. Lovely fresh bedding and towels and a really comfy bed had great nights sleep. Breakfast is spot on and the location is picturesque and so quiet. Only 5 mins drive to Holmfirth for shopping. Walks all around the farm loved the stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. This was the second visit and we will be back.

Positive: It is hard to put into words..this is rated 'exceptional' and it truly is a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect, the views around the farm are stunning. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Yes, it is a b & b - but it is much more than that. The place is immaculate modern but with lovely original features. Tastefully decorated it felt like a home from home. There is a fridge available in the dining area to use, wine glasses etc..a lovely touch. At the end of the dining area some comfortable settees so you can watch tv, read or in our case play scrabble. Every window here is part of the landscape with stunning views. There is a seated area outside where again you can enjoy the view. The bedroom was lovely comfortable, and a good size with hot drinks facilities. Again it was imaculate. Breakfast - just fabulous.

Positive: Lovely large twin bedroom with ensuite bedroom. Very clean throughout with comfortable beds. Coddy's Farm has lovely accommodation with great views owned and run by a friendly family. Delicious and substantial breakfast.

Positive: The location was great with truly beautiful views. The room was big, comfortable and clean. And Lisa and Andrew were wonderful hosts - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was also delicious. If you’re heading to the area I would highly recommend staying there. Thank you Lisa and Andrew!
