Summary: The property was clean and very comfortable in a newly developed neighborhood. The location was conveniently located to nearby restaurants and grocery stores and was apprapproximately 20 minutes from the Garden of Gods and the USA Olympic museum.

Summary: We arrived at the property to find no entry code supplied. Called the property manager and got voicemail. She did call back within 10 minutes. When I advised we were on the front porch and needed the code to get in, I was advised the property was somehow rented under another site to another individual they day before, and she didn’t know how that mistake happened. I had rented the unit the day before also, for early check in. She was very kind and apologetic, and advised she needed to get a hold of the cleaner. The cleaner was at the property, but needed more time. We were sent away. Property manager called and advised the property was ready. The kitchen floor had crumbs, microwave was dirty, coffee pot was dirty, and the stove top was dirty. No hand towels in any of the bathrooms, or in the hall closet. We had to buy paper towels. Limited supply of plates, and only 2 bowls. No blinds or curtains in the living room. No kitchen table. Property backs up to a busy highway, so traffic is loud. The positives - the property manager did refund me for 1 night. She did check in a day or two later. The beds are very comfortable and the unit is spacious. Nice size closets in the upstairs bedrooms. Nice appliances.
