Summary: This is the second year we have stayed at this phenomenal house and we couldn't have been more happy with our accommodations. Our group of 12 had no issues and you could not ask for a better owner to work with. Tami was in constant communication and was available to answer all our questions. A great place stay for sure!!!

Summary: We had family in town for a wedding and this beautiful house became our headquarters and meeting place. There was room for visiting and eating together, and the toddler was in love with the staircase landing and the big windows.It was perfect. Thank you!

Summary: We stayed at this VRBO for a wedding. The four bedrooms worked great for extended adult family. The house was immaculate and obviously very new. TVs in every room although we didn’t use them because we all hung out together in the open kitchen living room floor plan. I personally loved the USB plug-ins throughout the house. So convenient! The garage was great to park our three cars and very convenient since we had some rain. Our host, Tami, was ultra-responsive and even let us check in early so we could get to the wedding on time. We had a great weekend in Manhattan thanks to this VRBO!

Summary: This property was a great treat!! We had plenty of room and it was so organized and relaxing! Very clean and set up so well!! We’re allowed to use the garage stalls which was a plus for unloading and loading. Huge kitchen area made easy meal prep so no restaurant lines. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, nice patio area, nice fireplace in living room. Huge closets! Decorating for Christmas was so nice! Everything you needed for a home away from home! Great price!! We all had a great weekend and we’re able to enjoy our daughter’s graduation from college without any kind of hassle. Totally recommend staying here with family and friends. Very clear instructions upon arrival. Great communication with hosts.

Summary: We stayed here for 5 days for our son’s wedding and it was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and enough space to gather comfortably in the kitchen and living room. The outside area was an added plus and a perfect place to wind down from a very busy weekend. Hosts were wonderful to deal with as well. Fabulous, safe neighborhood as well.

Summary: Fantastic property in a very nice neighborhood. Hosts were terrific. The primary bedroom's king mattress was very comfortable (important for those with a bad back). Lots of space to spread out, even for the cars. Strong and fast wi-fi. Can comfortably handle 8 guests. Highly recommend.

Summary: We chose Tami's property for our annual golf outing and couldn't have been more pleased. This beautiful home was perfect for 12 adults with plenty of room to spread out or gather in one area. Plenty of sleeping space and sitting areas. Tami responded immediately to any questions prior to checking in and all check in information was sent early on the morning of our stay. Anyone looking for quality accommodations for a stay in Manhattan, KS needs to seriously look at this excellent property. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would.
