Positive: The staff are top-notch. And I mean everyone. Housekeeping kept up with the room wonderfully during our stay, and the valet team was always quick and courteous. Everyone, down to the restaurant staff and front desk, was so kind and helpful.
Negative: The air flow was not great in the hotel room. It was quite stuffy for sleeping.

Positive: The restaurant was fantastic, food was well prepared and all staff were attentive, professional, and kind! The front office staff were great and went above and beyond, same for the Valet service. All valet staff were amazing and treated everyone coming in and out of the hotel with kindness. Although we did not interact with housekeeping or maintenance the rooms are well maintained and extremely clean. We felt comfortable and happy to have chosen this facility.
Negative: Due to a system update my daughter and I were not able to gain access to a room key. At one point, after dinner we had to wait in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes for the front office staff to escort us as he had to wait for his coworker to return. He was kind and although a bit frustrating it was not terrible.

Positive: Great location. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable with an amazing bathroom. Shower was very spacious.
Negative: I stayed in a suite. The door did not seem secure.
Summary: Lovely place, but won’t stay in the suite again due to security concerns.
