Positive: We couldn’t have loved this place more. Surrounded by olive tree and sheep, it was very quiet, exactly what we wanted. The house is beautiful, very well kept and everything you need. Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. With a short drive to Fornalux, Sóller and Port de Soller where you have your pick of beautiful food places. The pool feels safe when you have children there as you have to walk (very short distance) to get there rather than it being right outside a door.

Positive: There is plenty of accommodation for 6 people. Ample space to be together or to simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The property has a well appointed kitchen and there is everything you need to self cater. Outside, the property is set amidst mature olives and is just lovely. The pool warmed quickly while we were there though in early May it was a bit chilly for some, though the oldest and youngest had a great time. The owner and their local rep couldn’t have been more responsive. We changed our arrival time not long before we were due to meet, this was accepted with no complaint and arrangements made to ensure we had access and knew how to open up and secure the property. Bad weather and dirty rain had spoilt the pool, but this was addressed very quickly after we raised the issue.

Negative: Probably because we didn’t meet the team on arrival we didn’t get a brief on how the lighting worked - click on, click off, click and hold to change the brightness (the latter part escaped us until family who live in Majorca suggested it).

Summary: A well appointed, comfortable villa that gave us a lovely family holiday.

Positive: Ana and Luis were the best hosts ever. They were always reachable via WhatsApp and so kind. Ana even came the day before we left to say goodbye personally. The house is a lovely place surrounded by beautiful olive trees. The street is quite curvy and annoying to drive but the location of the house is worth it. The pool was not too salty (saltwater), it was really nice. We loved everything about col den Pastor and definitely recommend it to everyone. Soller has enough supermarkets and places to eat. It takes around 10 min by car. Port de Soller is such a beautiful place (takes about 20 min by car). Thank you again Ana and Luis! The best wishes from Michelle, Sandro, Georg, Janik and Alex :)
