Summary: perfect for a boys ski trip to Powderhorn. Great little town and dinner at the cafe down the street.

Summary: We have stayed at the Collbran house twice. The first stay was an extended weekend as part of a family gathering. The second stay was a single night stay over during a long road trip. The town of Collbran is very quiet, and very welcoming. The local residents were very friendly and helpful. You must eat at the Collbran Cafe, the food is great and the staff are very pleasant. The house is very clean, and has clearly been recently remodeled. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but is just a short walk from downtown Collbran. The linens and towels appear to be new, and were very clean and fluffy. The furniture in the house is basic, but provides everything you need. During both our stays we brought our dog. The house has a large, fully fenced in grass yard. You can let your dog out and not have to worry about their safety. During our first stay we had a very minor issue, and contacted the owner via the VRBO app. He responded very promptly and provided a solution. Collbran is a bit off the main path, but is a short drive to several state parks, wineries, and everything associated with Grand Junction. Would definitely stay the Collbran house again, and recommend it highly.

Summary: Good size. My only concern was a spider in the shower and a few spider webs in other areas.

Summary: I rented this place for my family visiting for my daughters graduation. Wonderful location, clean, easy check in process. Also, owner checked in with me throughout the stay to see if everything was okay. Big plus!!
