Positive: If you are staying in or near Vasto, this is the place to stay! Fabio and his family are first class hosts! The property is gorgeous and has a great view of the sunrise over the Adriatic Sea. My family arrived later than expected and Fabio was waiting for us at the gate. The property is immaculately kept with a great setting. The breakfast was more than enough with fresh fruits and juices and homemade pastries. Even with guests staying in multiple units, Fabio remembered the specifics of our breakfast from the previous day down to the amount of eggs we all ate. We will be staying here again. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in area, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. If there is any availability, this is the place you want to stay.

Positive: Lovely people. Very accommodating. I needed to Find a taxi to pick me up at 2am. Not a typical request. But Fabio found a very good driver, making the beginning of my train-bound Rome travel much less stressful. Thank you Fabio!

Positive: Perfect. An island of calm, silence and comfort. I, a person who was looking for a hotel/villa by the sea and with a pool, but when I got to this place I continued my stay twice). The view is incredibly beautiful, the sunsets and sunrises here are amazing, the birds singing and sounds are complete relaxation. Modern, new, clean room. Good breakfasts. The owner and his wife take care of the guests, are always there, very nice people.
