This 1940's cottage has been totally remodeled.
We are proud to offer top of the line bedding, linens, towels, and other amenities, including Eco-friendly toiletries.
We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.
This comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage, that sleeps 6, is only 6 blocks from the historic Georgetown Square and 6 blocks from Southwestern University. About a 5-7 minute easy stroll.
We offer a king bed, a queen bed and full bed, all with high quality mattresses and linens. We also have, for your convenience, a washer and dryer in the unit.
We also have a PacknPlay for your infant and a booster/high chair for your toddler, must request to have in cottage in reservations.
You have complete use of the entire house and yard. The backyard is fenced with a seating/eating area and a bbq grill.
You have the option of convenient parking right in front of the cottage, or a one car garage not attached to the cottage. Maximum of 2 vehicles .

Summary: We were in Georgetown for a college visit with my son. The cottage was perfect for our needs. Close to the college and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. I highly recommend staying at College Street Cottages.

Summary: We came to visit our grandson for his high school graduation. We loved the property and location to downtown Georgetown. We will absolutely consider this property again when returning to the area and need a place to stay. The property was very clean and cozy. Everything we needed was available and the property meet are expectations.

Summary: Such a nice place to stay! Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms. It’s location was key… easy walk to the square which proved very beneficial during the Poppy Festival.

Summary: I’ve always loved Georgetown and Pamela’s cottage only enhanced that feeling. Perfect size and location for our family members as we attended a wedding locally. Excellent neighborhood to walk through. Even with a major concert blocks away it felt tranquil. Cleanliness , magazines and a welcomed bottle of wine were appreciated. The cottage seemed in excellent repair, though I might suggest checking the faucets in both bathrooms for splashing on the counters. One of the guest mentioned a loose drawer in the hall bath counter, but I forgot to check it. We did leave the recycles bagged in the kitchen. I could not find where to put them and didn’t want to go against any local ordinances.

Summary: My family of 4 adults really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. I appreciate a clean and tidy home wherever we stay and this house delivered. We were within walking distance to the town square, which we loved and the house was furnished with everything we needed--including an iron. We were in town for a wedding! Thank you!
