Whether your trip to Eugene includes work, visiting family, attending a sporting event, or simply exploring all that the city has to offer - our charming, updated bungalow is the perfect retreat! With plenty of amenities, our guests immediately feel right at home.
With UO only two blocks away, if your trip is at all associated to the University, you're in luck! Our house is an extremely convenient location, but, on a quiet residential street. With the peaceful neighborhood in mind, there are absolutely no loud parties allowed at our house.
Downstairs you'll find a spacious and inviting family living room, complete with a comfy sectional, good reads, movies and games... plus a smart tv and substantial cable package!
The chef's kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a dishwasher, gas cook-top (with griddle), plenty of dishes and serving-ware perfect for a home-cooked family meal.
The dining room has plenty of seating and leads to a unique breezeway space which draws you outside to an incredible backyard ready for outdoor dining and lounging.
The downstairs bedrooms are quaint and equally charming, both with queen beds. One bedroom connects to a spacious bathroom, which also connects to the kitchen.
Upstairs you'll find a desk where you can write postcards to family and friends, plus two more cozy bedrooms (full bed and king bed) and an additional bathroom + shower.
Each bedroom comes complete with extra blankets and pillows, plus a fan. Whether you run hot or cold.. we've got you covered.
Other amenities: onsite washer and dryer are available, WiFi, smart locks and a gated driveway.

Summary: The home is absolutely beautiful. Everything was available for us. Would request this house every time we come to Eugene with a lot of family. My daughter and her fiancé surprised us and there wasn’t enough beds and the owner offered to buy an air mattress and drop it off. Who does that?? We declined the offer but that is a great host. I Was able to make a large breakfast for my family. Had everything I needed. Helped make my extended family’s time in Eugene a great one. Thank you 🙌👏

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, and is very comfortable, with good beds, and nice living room furniture for hanging out and watching a game or movie. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen is a good size, and is well equipped for multiple people to be cooking together. The AC was great after a muggy day of moving our daughter back to school. The neighborhood is safer and quieter than most that close to campus, and we liked the seating on the front porch. We had trouble checking in with the key pad, but Chris (the owner) fixed the problem very quickly, and was easy to work with regarding a later checkout time. The only things I would improve would be repair the bathroom door locks, and provide owner/manager phone numbers with the check-in info, in the online house manual, as well as the printed copy. We will definitely be back to this lovely home!
