Summary: Great hotel BUT........ They are very proud about their location. The swimming pool is in a fabulous location but the huge hedges all around obscure what could be a glorious view. The garden bar is great with good staff but again the view is obscured by hedges. The terrace restaurant is fabulous but again with the view obscured. I don't understand why the management have willingly destroyed the hotel's greatest asset. Please explain.

Summary: Really good stay! I felt some of the staff weren’t very accommodating as I had just come from Swiss diamond and had a slightly elevated experience. One negative I will give this is this place gatekeeps water worse than I’ve seen for a 5 star hotel across Europe. For a 2 day stay I spent $211 on just water… and yes you can drink the tap water but I shouldn’t be expected to fill from the bathroom sink the entire time. The restaurant staff weren’t wonderful and they’re the main reason I kept this at a 4. I think if you bring a case of waters to the hotel it probably will be wonderful but paying $10 every time I was thirsty stung a bit.

Summary: Really nice place with beautiful views over the region. The staff were lovely and the room service dinner I had was excellent and reasonably priced (even for Switzerland). I highly recommend for a relaxing day or two in a surreal setting.

Summary: This incredible hilltop resort exceeded all expectations. The facility was top quality, the rooms were impeccable, and the staff was fantastic. The views were absolutely stunning, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best ever. We didn't want to leave!

Summary: Absolutely beautiful resort in a quiet town away from it all. Staff is amazing. Loved the small but tasty breakfast included with the stay. Wonderful spa that was also included with the stay. Neither the indoor nor outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was open which was very disappointing. You must have a car if you plan on exploring any other ares of Lake Lugano.

Summary: Amazing place , staff is super well trained and friendly , hotel is perfectly maintained, room big enough and so nice .I travel a lot and this is the first time that i hv no comments at all , much better then famouse "big hotels chaine " in terms of .....all . Price wise is also amazing .
