Positive: Nice facilities. I always try to stay at the Chalets when I get the chance. Place was clean
Negative: Fireplace was either not working, or barely keeping a flame. Hopefully they can get it serviced so the next guests to stay will not have a similar experience in regards to this. I feel I did overpay due to this being the case but we'll see if they attempt to rectify

Negative: kitchen supply could be a little more, e.g, there's no plastic wrap, no tin foil, no kettle. Besides, a few extra trash bags would be nice

Positive: Location was perfect. Every place we wanted to go was less than a mile or within a few miles, be it the ski bowl, restaurants , trails to Mirror Lake, Trillium lake, glacier view trail etc. The house was very cozy and well maintained with nice decor. Car garage was a great plus, but no instructions about the garage pin. Took a while to figure out that you have to open the door first and then open the garage.
Negative: There was no option for a coffee. There were a few tea bags and honey. But no coffee/ sugar. There were no extra towels and the host conveyed it is their policy. It would be nice if they could supply a few additional if required on demand.
Summary: Good option close to Ski bowl, Mirror Lake, Trillium Lake.

Positive: Enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Snow plow driver did a good job dealing with all the snow.
Negative: A few more towels would have been nice. Garage door is quite narrow and low (our truck with a roof box barely fit) and limited parking spots outside due to snow.
