Positive: Our stay was wonderful! The host was kind and responsive, and the apartment was cozy, very clean, and well-maintained – just like in the photos. The view from the terrace was beautiful, and we can only imagine how much nicer it would be in warmer weather. Despite the cold, we truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you for the great experience — we would happily come back again!

Positive: We stayed as a group of 3 for Gamescom. First of all, Hergan (the host) was absolutely lovely! He had prepared cold drinks for us in the fridge, which were perfect as we arrived on a warm day. There were maps, guides and Hergan was always happy to provide advice of places to eat, visit and ways to travel around the city. The apartment was absolutely flawless, incredibly clean with all the amenities we could have wished for. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, the coffee machine was a god send, allowing us to have fresh coffee automatically prepared easily! The living area was lovely, very comfortable with a great TV we could connect to with our phones. The balcony has beautiful views of the neighbourhood and the nearby church, which is lovely and peaceful throughout our stay - sitting outside and enjoying a cold beverage after a long day at Gamescom was such a treat! The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, next door to a lovely pub that serves delicious food. A short walk away is the tram system, shops and convenience stores along with many places to eat or enjoy an alcoholic beverage. The beds were great. While a bit firmer then I am normally accustomed to, but the rest of the group found it perfect. The apartment got warm with the weather being so perfect, but the windows are large and enable cool air to quickly pass through the apartment which was great. The bathroom is equipped with a lovely shower, hot and cold showers without any wait! We also found that the bathroom was extremely clean, fully stocked with everything we needed including towels. There isn't anything we could possibly complain about, and we would very happily stay here again - and hope to do so too! Thank you for the wonderful stay, being so friendly and helpful! Hope to see you soon! 10/10. Best place I've ever stayed in Cologne!

Positive: The location is perfect if you wish to go to Cologne center, the exhibition center, or if you arrive from an airport. The apartment is clean and nice. The rooms are spacious. The balcony (also spacious enough) has a nice view of the garden and a church. One would enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony. A supermarket and places to eat are within a short walking distance as well as city transport. The district is quite. The small garden next to the building is amazing. The host - Hergen - is super positive personality, speaks perfect English, expalins everything and takes care of small details. For example, there was tea, coffee, milk, water and even local beer for us. Much appreciated!
Negative: Everything was fine for our stay. Although, if one would wish to cook a proprio meal, the kitchen is a bit too small.
Summary: Nice and clean apartment with everything one might need. Super positive host.
