Positive: The accommodation was very pleasant, we felt as at home. The owner waited for us until late in the night to accommodate us. He was very friendly, helpful and kind. He always asked if he needed anything or if he could help you with something. The room had air conditioning and was pleasantly furnished. I absolutely recommend this place. I hope we will see you again.

Positive: This is definitely the most comfortable and enjoyable stay while at Sri Lanka. After months of non-stopping traveling I found here. Instead of two nights I stayed for 6 nights in total which has occupied 1/3 of my stay in Sri Lanka. Super close to the airport and also the Main Street. There have lots of local restaurants and supermarkets with affordable prices which is a 10000% a plus. Most importantly, the manager of the host Mr.Sarath also made my stay soooo good. He is so kind, friendly and understanding. One of the most amazing person I know. Don’t hesitate, just stay. I will be back with another wonderful journey in Sri Lanka and I will be definitely staying here again. BTW, this is the cleanest place I have stayed in Sri Lanka with the best AC ever!!!

Positive: Room was spacious with a clean bed, AC, balcony and attached washroom. Housekeeping was very satisfactory. Airport is 10 minutes away. Public transport is 500m away with connectivity to Airport / Negambo/ Colombo City / Kandy in day time. Pickme/Uber works for food and ride. Supermarket until 10pm and Beer shop until 9pm is 1km away. This property is in a serene farm view with a small yet beautiful garden. We used the kitchen for self cooking and washing machine with reasonable payment per use. Host Mr. Sarath showed excellent hospitality to make our stay comfortable. Booked for 3 days initially and extended 4 more days as the property was comparatively clean, reasonably priced and felt safe like in home.

Positive: Modern amenities and very spacious room with balcony. The room is similar to a room in a luxury hotel. It is absolutely perfect. Views from balcony are relaxing. Very helpful staff and is quiet at night. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and other shops.
