Summary: We had a large group in town to see a concert. The house provided everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and nice backyard to hang during the day. Only a 10 minute drive to MVP arena.

Summary: We arrived exhausted and discovered that the code provided for the lockbox didn't work so we couldn't get in. We were calling area hotels but then luckily the owner called back with an alternate method to get in. The house was clean and comfortable, but located on a busy corner. There was quite a bit of loud pedestrian traffic (including a loud neighborhood fight between two groups) that woke us a number of times, and the household security system kept beeping. Again the owners provided a solution to solve the problem of the beeping system. So my review is mixed. The owners did a nice job of responding to and solving our issues, and provided a clean place for us to sleep, but the location was louder and more congested than we anticipated.

Summary: The home was nice. Not knowing about the area, the neighborhood was not fully what we were expecting. The alarm system was a nice feature to have. One bedroom (the bunk bed room) does not have a separate a/c unit in the window like the other bedrooms, making it a bit on the warm side. Laundry was nice, beds were comfortable, backyard was cute and inviting, off street parking was a plus! Any questions I had were answered quickly. Would stay again when son is attending college.

Summary: Our trip to Albany included parents, grandparents, young kids, and a toddler. The house is well- laid out and looks recently updated. There are toys for young kids, plenty of kitchenware, linens, and towels. The beds are comfortable and the hot water stayed hot. Very good vacation spot.

Summary: We spent a week at this home. It met our needs and more. It’s very comfortable with several bedrooms, each with a wall mounted TV. The beds were comfortable and had good bedding. Could easily log into Netflix or any other streaming app we needed. WiFi was good. Really nothing to complain about. We had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant.
