5 minutes from the town centre of Montecatini Terme beautiful portion of 19th Century farmhouse with private pool heated, hydromassage (not heated) and sauna infrared indoor and a new Jacuzzi outdoor 6 seats with 61 jets heated.
5 minutes away from the motorway (35 minutes to Florence and Pisa airport, Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. 15 minutes to Lucca). 5 minutes from the town centre of Montecatini Terme, situated in the beautiful countryside of Montecatini Alto, part of a nineteenth century farmhouse beautifully renovated with high quality finishes and fittings. Approx. 200 sq. meters of floor area with around 1000 sq. meters of land surrounding the house. 4 bedrooms with air conditioning (8 beds + 1 baby cot 0-36 months), 3 bathrooms, large kitchen with air conditioning, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large living and dining room with 42” plasma TV, Hi-Fi, WIFI (100 Mbps), fire place, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, fully furnished patio with a dining table for 10/12 people, ping-pong, sun beds and sofa, 1 cot for baby (0-36 months), beautiful private swimming pool heated from 1st April with a wonderful view of the Valdinievole valley and a relaxing Hydromassage(not heated). Sauna indoor and from February a new Whirpool Jacuzzi heated. For fans of Golf at 15 minutes from the picturesque Golf Club of Montecatini Terme and wellness lovers varied spa facilities and wellness centers. A 10 minutes walk you can reach the beautiful and picturesque medieval village of Montecatini Alto (end 500 ') with typical restaurants and bars. Montecatini Alto can be reached from Montecatini Terme with Gigio and Gigia, the oldest funicular in the world in activity (1898).
Extracharge:
Final cleaning 200 euro per stay and special sanitization with professional ozonator. For stay of 2 weeks (14 nights) or more, 300€ euro included a complete change of bed linen and towels.
The total expense includes linen and towels also for the swimming pool provided by professional laundry, air conditioning, WIFI (100 Mbps), garden and pool care and whirlpools, welcome kit of basic necessities (toilet paper, napkins, soaps, etc. ), hairdryer.
From 6th June until 26th September it is possible to book the house only weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, for 7, 14, 21 days. Stays of 8, 10, 12 etc. days can not be accepted.
