Summary: Hi. We stayed at the hotel from January 12th to 14th. We liked the hotel. The breakfast was a buffet, everything was fresh and delicious. The room was nice and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and bright. The hotel location is very good.

Summary: Really nice authentic boutique hotel in a great location, if you want to be in the German Colony. Walk away from the port and plenty of restaurants in between. Good breakfast.

Summary: Rooms need some repairs. Bed, mattress and pillows are of low quality. Furniture has a lot of wear and tear. Breakfast was ok. Overall too expensive for what it is.

Summary: Everyone was very friendly. We came early in the day, but the clerk let us check in anyway. Our luggage was lost by the airline, and the hotel staff helped us locate the delivery van and secured our bags until we returned to pick them up. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient to trains, buses, and downtown.
