Newly renovated efficiency upstairs one bedroom has an updated kitchen, bathroom and all furniture. Complex is an extended stay apartment/motel property. Each unit is uniquely furnished with everything you need to feel at home. Kitchen has full sized refrigerator, range, microwave and everything you need for a comfortable stay. All cooking and serving utensils are provided. Bedroom offers a queen sized bed with nice cozy linens. Living room has two recliners. We offer a great value on the beautiful Colorado River with a day use dock for tenant use. The complex has laundry facilities and is walking distance to Safeway, restaurants and banks. All utilities, wi-fi and weekly housekeeping is included in the rental rate. All units are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING!

Summary: The property was above average for this area. We were traveling for softball and most of the team stayed at a hotel that was not good. So glad I booked here instead! It had most of what we needed for a quick weekend stay. The kitchen was simple and clean but could benefit from a few more place settings and leftover storage containers or baggies. I'm also used to hangers to hang up some items but the unit did not have any. However, if I asked, the owner probably would have brought these items as they were very responsive. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Safeway was within walking distance.

Summary: As soon as we arrived to our apartment, we were greeted by the property manager Alicia. I can’t say enough good things about her, she was so friendly and helpful whenever we needed her she’s there. Even when my silly husband forgot the keys at his friend’s house and we were locked out of the apartment. Alicia somehow showed up at the right time and rescue us from sitting outside in the 115 degree weather until our friend arrive with the key to let us in. The unit that we stayed was small for a family of 3 and 2 small dogs. But it was perfect for us, because we didn’t need much other than having a nice comfortable and clean place to go home to every night after our day of excursions in the desert heat of AZ. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would come back again.

Summary: Great clean place to stay. We felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. It's right by stores and the river, very convenient and nice. They had snacks and coffee, and all the bathroom toiletries you would need. We will definitely be back!!
