Positive: The staff were wonderfull. Extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We loved the welcome evening drink. We dined in the restaurant which was lovely. A good location but still quiet with a pool to aid post exercise recovery!. Good parking for our large car, too.

Positive: Good quality accommodation on a lovely site. Staff very friendly. Well located - slighly outside main streets so not as noisy as alternatives, but not so far that you can't walk everywhere

Negative: Parking is very tricky indeed, narrow path with tight spaces. Ended up paying considerably more than expected when you factor in all the currency conversions, Argentinian to US to UK.

Positive: The location is central with a fabulous view of the coloured mountains. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere as the 'houses' are situated around a central courtyard where the pool and restaurant are located. Each house has two outside spaces all with views of the surroundings and even when you sit inside the views are spectacular. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the dining area and kitchen are large enough and well-equipped that it's easy to cater for yourself if you want to. The hotel and its staff go out of their way to welcome and look after guests. There is a free drink event every evening to meet other guests and varied meal offers. These are well communicated by WhatsApp messages. Breakfast is excellent. Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast and eggs. All the staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. We were made to feel very at home.

Negative: We would have preferred to pay in cash but it was more expensive than paying by card.
