Summary: One reason I chose this property was due its close proximity to the Riley County Fairgrounds (less than 5 minutes). We enjoyed our stay there and it completely met our needs. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed adequately stocked. They also offered nice little touches like snacks and toiletries. We will return here if we find ourselves in Manhattan again.

Summary: We came to rest and unplug before the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was beautiful and clean, and there were snacks and bottled water left for us! It was quiet and cozy, a fabulous place to stay!

Summary: We loved the location and the house! It was perfect for a quick weekend stay. It had everything we needed to make meals at home so we could save some money on meals out. We were close to the stadium and the neighborhood was super quiet. The beds were comfy and it fit all 5 of us very comfortably.

Summary: This home is perfect for a Manhattan get away and is walking distance on the west side of the sports complexes. Since it is in a duplex, not a place to get too rowdy before a game. We were with my dad and grandmother which was perfect since it’s a very quiet neighborhood to be in. Simple, provides all of your needs, and the beds were very comfortable!
