Summary: Very easy to find, lots of parking and really a nice property overall. The kitchen was well appointed, along with a separate freezer and washer/dryer. Plenty of space for your items. Comfortable bedrooms. Baths were nice, especially showers/water pressure, etc. We had an issue with gnats/fruit flies though. Trash needed to be placed in the basement. We went to the basement on day 1 to see where it needed to go and there was no garbage container lid and the bag of garbage was covered in gnats/fruit flies. And of course they were flying thru the property. We called the property manager for them to remove the garbage, but no one came. We blocked the basement door to eliminate the flies on the upper 2 levels. This was all communicated to Vacasa with photos, etc. Our stay was fine overall, but there may be a better way to manage trash in the basement.

Summary: The house is nice old but comfortable. We got to the house, it was pouring down raining, I called and asked if we could get in early to change into dry clothes. We were told No, but the property manager was there and saw we were soaked and let us in. Went grocery shopping and went to make dinner but oven did not work! Afterwords we went to set up dishwasher but it to didn’t work! Had to wash dishes by hand! Called Vasca to let them know, took 2 days to send someone out, same property manager who let us in, he looked see if a ticket was ever sent in about appliances. There was one sent in back in June but nothing was done! Plus house advertised cable/satellite, the front living room had a cable box without cables! The creepy back room had a cable box but remotes had no batteries! Beware and ask questions before renting to make sure these problems are addressed and fixed.

Summary: Very nice roomy house, there was not a coffee maker there, we bought one & left it there for future guests. All in all it was very clean & we enjoyed it very much!!

Summary: Overall we had a nice time. The house was spacious and clean and comfortable with updates. The outdoors left a bit to be desired. The pond was accessible for kayaks, which we brought, although full of grass and we pulled a leech off of our 3 year old after he'd stood in the water for a couple of minutes. We never did figure out of the boats at the other side of the property we're for our use or not. The picnic table designated to our property was next to the house, where there was a bees nest. My son was stung within our first 15 minutes there. The table was too large and rickity to move so we borrowed the table from the next house over so we could eat outside with the kids. No one was staying there or anywhere around us. We did know this was not one properties but given the situation we figured eating a quick burger and making sure to clean up well after ourselves wouldn't be a big deal. We were contacted early in the morning repremanding us for the usage. Waking me up from my one day to sleep in. Overall it was fine for the price. Location was convenient. Street noise can be heard from the house and yard but the lake was nice to look at.

Summary: Despite the listing implying house is waterfront, the access to the pond is on someone else’s property and there is a gate. Only a picnic table and some of those cheap plastic chairs to have any outside experience. Only sounds you hear is car noise as house is on busy Main Street. House itself is old, dirty and the beds/furniture are uncomfortable and in desperate need of updating. Housekeeping did a terrible job as our feet/socks were black from walking on gross rugs. They left NO paper towels, dish towels, sponges, garbage bags, etc. TVs in both rooms inoperable. Windows in 2 rooms couldn’t open and house as no AC. Brutal in hot weather. Reported all this twice to property manager, VACASA. Useless. Nothing fixed. Promised a small refund which they never provided. Promised to have GM call, which never happened. Would advise staying away from this property unless you seriously adjust your expectations.

Summary: This house was everything that we needed and more. It was a great location and the pond was nice. Plenty of space for my family of 6. Loved the fact that there were two bathrooms, so necessary for my children. All of the board games were great too. The only thing that I wish we had known about was the 3 person kayak that was available for use. The oars and life vests are in the basement. One of the neighbors told us about it on our last night there so we were able to enjoy at least for a little bit. We also didn't know that at the top of the paved driveway behind the house is where the deeper part of the pond is located. I just wish more information had been provided about the pond and what could be done on the property. Either way, the rooms were clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to cook and clean. Overall, great experience.

Summary: House was clean and well stocked with linens, extra blankets, and kitchen necessities. Driveway and walkway were plowed/shoveled well. Communication with property manager was pleasant, helpful and prompt. The only drawback was the very small showers. It did not hinder our stay but thought it could be important information for some people. They aren’t much bigger than a phone booth. Overall the house was perfect for our family of five..
