Adorable condo close to Olde Town Arvada, restaurants, bars, breweries, boutiques, and parks. 15-20 minutes to Downtown Denver. A hidden Gem! You’ll love your stay because of the ambiance, the outdoor patio, and privacy. 420 friendly atmosphere! Natural Grocers and Starbucks are right down the road; Colorado Mills Outlet is within minutes. Easy access to I-70 for your mountain retreat or to Red Rocks! It is ideal for short term stays, business trips, and adventurers!
The space
This 2 story condo features a lower story living room, bathroom, dining room, coat closet, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The living room has a smart TV for you to watch movies or listen to great music. It also boasts a spacious balcony located off of the dining area for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine. The space is completely private and it provides 2 upper level bedrooms with an ensuite master bathroom, guest bathroom with a tub, and lots of closet space to store your luggage or sporting equipment.

Guests have access to all areas in the Condo except the owner's closet in the living room.
Interaction with guests
Guests have complete privacy yet the owner is only a text message away to answer any questions. Rides to Red Rocks shows (or other areas), hot springs and/or dispensary tours, rides to and from the airport are available for an extra charge depending on availability. Just ask :)
Other things to note
This property is accessible in any season and there are fun things to do anytime of the year. The road is plowed at the same time as the highways in the winter season, but an AWD car is recommended if snow is expected. You will be provided with menus and guides to experience the most of this beautiful state! Free Wifi is given and you will be provided with the information once you arrive. Light refreshments are provided upon check-in and a continental breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, bagels, cream cheese, and fresh fruit is provided to start the morning! Please use the Keurig and coffee or tea pods as you wish. One body towel, hand towel, and washcloth will be provided for the duration of your stay between one to five nights. Fresh towels will be provided after 5 nights. Should you prefer additional towels during your stay, please let us know so that we may accommodate you better.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect! Parking was right outside of door, cleanliness was top notch, love the back porch, many shops and restaurants near by we used, easy trip to and from red rocks amphitheater, good host communication, and the host even left us snacks! Would stay there again!

Summary: We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Close to Denver and Red Rocks for concert. Niko was extremely accommodating and very helpful. We also used his shuttle service to Red Rocks to avoid driving and parking in the snow weather.

Summary: This condo exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, clean, had all of the amenities we needed, plus some. Check in was so simple and easy and they were patient with our late arrival. Everything was great, we cannot wait to come back and hopefully we'll get lucky and be able to stay here again! I've never slept so good in a bed that wasn't my own 😂 It was also right by many restaurants and stores, and was only about a 16-18 minute ride to Red Rocks which was the whole reason for our stay. EVERYTHING was great! ❤️ Thank you for letting us stay at your place and for the great hospitality!!

Summary: It is centrally located…liked having downtown Denver about 20 minutes as I had to travel there each day. Close to Red Rocks, Evergreen, Arvada and just about 90 minutes to Vail! Niko is an excellent Host. Responsive and very pleasant to deal with.
