Summary: Booked for two, but struggled to get two towels everyday - no toiletries in bathroom- breakfast often late, staff too noisy, some even singing, not serving! Help themselves soon after starting late- gym access a delay experience every time -

Summary: Their fitness center did have very limited number of sweat towels .... whereby we had to wait for 30mins to get cleaned ones! And the receptionists at the gym was not that helpful. The rooms are so outdated and you could smell "mold" inside the rooms. The elevator is not working and under major maintance which to me they should have just closed the whole hotel and take the moment to update the rooms as well. Great location but missed opportunity!
